The berm is constructed from durable technical fabric reinforced with polyester mesh, ensuring high mechanical strength and resistance to wear. Depending on the version, materials include EVA-coated fabric (1365 g/m²) for maximum chemical resistance or PVC-coated fabric (900 g/m²) for lighter, cost-efficient applications. The structure is designed for rapid deployment—simply unfold and secure the wall brackets to form a sealed containment area.
The product provides high resistance to a wide range of hazardous substances, including oils, fuels and selected acids, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments. It supports safe handling operations with forklift access capability, allowing easy loading and unloading of containers such as barrels or IBC tanks.
All critical joints are manufactured using high-frequency (HF) welding, ensuring long-term tightness and structural reliability. The berm is suitable for use in EX Zone 2 (ATEX) environments, confirming its applicability in areas with potential explosive atmospheres.
